Zombie Fest ~ Fort Collins

9th annual, Largest Halloween event in Northern Colorado held in Old Town Square Fort Collins. The Fest includes: Zombie Crawl, Kidz Crawl, DJ, Music, Flaming entertainers, Thriller Dance, On-site Make-up, and more!! Old Town “Crawl” with over 50 stops with a wristband! Food, cocktails, brews, candy, ice cream, pizza, jewelry, toys - every “crawl-stop” has something for Zombies!

It's time to scare up some new costume ideas for your little ones! The annual Tiny Tot Halloween presented by COUNTRY Financial will be held on Tuesday, October 31st beginning at 10:00 a.m. We invite all children under seven years old and their parents/guardians to join us for a safe trick-or-treating experience in Downtown Fort Collins.

Participants gather in Old Town Square Plaza beginning at 10 a.m. to receive a trick or treat bag (while supplies last) with a map indicating the designated trick-or-treat area. The event will occur along the sidewalks all around Old Town and crossing guards will be present at major intersections to ensure everyone’s safety.

5th Annual Loveland Zombie Crawl ~ Loveland

The 5th annual Loveland Zombie Crawl will begin at dusk on October 22nd. It that time of year when the zombies inhabit the streets of Loveland. Enjoy this free event with your friends and get dressed up in your finest zombie attire. The event begins at Loveland Aleworks and goes throughout Downtown Loveland at participating locations. There will be drink specials at the following downtown watering holes– Loveland Aleworks, Sports Station, Generations Wine & Martini Bar, The Laureate Publik House, Cactus Grille, Burke’s Tavern, The Pourhouse, & Flipside.

The Loveland Museum/Gallery is celebrating the Annual Halloween Family Fun Festival, while downtown businesses celebrate the annual Downtown Trick-or-Treating. Join us in Peters Park next to the Museum for this fun-filled community event with vendor booths, food, activities for kids, entertainment, trick-or-treating, and a costume contest.

Costume Contest
Register to win great prizes! Enter your costume by registering at the Costume Contest Booth on the day of the event. You MUST register your costume before 12:15 pm on the day of the event. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded in several age- categories including infant, teen, adult, and family theme! UNC Day of Music ~ Greeley

Howl-O-Ween Trick-or-Treat ~ Greeley

Trick-or-treating returns to Centennial Village, 1475 A St., on Saturday, Oct. 21 and Sunday, Oct. 22, from 3 to 7 p.m., during the museum’s annual Howl-O-Ween event. This non-spooky, family-friendly event is an opportunity for families to wear their spookiest or silliest costumes and trick or treat at various structures on the 8 acre facility. In addition to trick-or-treating, there will be games, a costume contest and a not-so-haunted house. Admission is $2/child and $3/adult. *Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Trick-Or-Treat Street 2017 @ 9th Street Plaza ~ Greeley

Bring all your little goblins, ghouls, pirates and princesses to downtown Greeley Friday, October 27th from 4 to 6 p.m. Dozens of downtown businesses in and around the core downtown area will have treats for the little ones.

Both the 8th and 9th street plazas will be closed to traffic for maximum safety, but many businesses outside the plazas will also be involved. There will also be games and activities like Pumpkin Cornhole, Candy Corn Bowling, and Pumpkin Decorating for the first 150 tots.

Treats will also be strategically placed around the plazas for the little ones to find if they have a keen eye!

Pick up your map on the corner by the Rio and let the treat hunt begin!

Mindful Mondays ~ Windsor-Severance

Join us for a new afterschool program focused on increasing children's concentration, empathy, and self-awareness. Mindfulness meditation has been proven to help children learn to control their emotions, consider the effects of their actions, and even decrease instances of bullying.

Children will participate in a variety of mindfulness activities, including breathing and listening, meditation, and an art or craft project that will vary from week to week. The first session will be held on September 16. Following sessions will be held on the first and third Monday of each month. No registration is necessary, just drop in! Cash only, please. Intended for ages 6 - 10.

Elk Fest ~ Estes Park

Elk Fest features bugling competitions, a Cabela's archery range, Colorado Parks & Wildlife's Elk Camp, seminars, elk-themed kids' activities, live country, rock and bluegrass music, elk-inspired arts and crafts, Native American storytelling & music, a display of raptors, and self-guided elk tour maps. There will also be a variety of vendors offering memorable souvenirs of your time at Elk Fest. Food vendors will be on site as well offering plenty of choices! Stop into the "Wallowing Hole" craft beer garden on both Saturday and Sunday serving up delicious drinks. Kick off the weekend festivities by participating in the Rut Run 5k on Saturday; registration starts at 8:30am and the race begins at 9am. Live entertainment will light up the park Saturday with popular Colorado bands on stage! There is no admission fee to attend Elk Fest.

This free fall festival has activities and entertainment for all ages. The perfect place to pick your pumpkins with live music and craft beer for the adults, as well as games, crafts and a bounce house for the little ones. Bring the whole family and plan a fall weekend getaway around this fun event!

Enjoy additional free children's activities like pony rides (free from 1-4pm), face painting, kids art activity booths, bounce house and giant lawn games. Challenge your friends in the strider mini-bike course (bikes and helmets provided). The pumpkin patch sells pumpkins for only $5 each and you can set them aside in the well-guarded 'sold' corral while you enjoy the fun. Raffle tickets will be sold for $1 each for your chance to win some fabulous prizes!
