Glenview Estates is located in south of Berthoud and east of Highway 287 just to the north of Ish Reservoir. Glenview Estates is a moderately priced neighborhood with older homes. Glenview Estate homes reside on four to five plus acre lots. with building started in the early seventies with most construction completed by nineteen and seventy five. Homes in Glenview Estates are in the 1200 to 3500 livable square foot range with mature trees and landscaping without an HOA. Major shopping for Glenview Estates is located in Longmont and Loveland. Downtown Longmont has an array of shopping and dining establishments. On South Hover is the Village at the Peaks Mall that offers an array of shopping and dining experiences as well. Heading north to Loveland is Downtown Loveland and all its shopping and dining and the Chilson Recreation facility that offer activities for all ages. From Highway 287 (Cleveland Avenue), heading east on East 1st Street is Winona Pool with its green lounging lawn and fantastic water slide. Further east on East 1st Street is the new Loveland Sports Park across from Mountain View High School. At the Eisenhower Boulevard (Highway 34) - interstate 25 interchange is the new Promenade at Centerra shopping complex, Budweiser Events Center & The Ranch, Market Place at Centerra and the new Medical Center of the Rockies. Schools are Ivy Stockwell Elementary School, Turner Middle School and Berthoud High School.
