Baldridge is located less than a mile east of Severance on Country Road 74. Building started in Baldridge in the early two thousands and continues into two thousand and fifteen. Baldridge is a newer bedroom community of Fort Collins and Windsor. Baldridge offers a variety of homes in the 1350 to 4500 livable square foot range with lots in the quarter acre range. Encompassed by two lakes, many of the homes in Baldridge have excellent mountain views in a country setting. The ponds are home to a variety of wildlife and the subdivision includes a walking trail. With reasonable HOA fees and a singular entry point to the Baldridge community, Baldridge is a great place to call home. Shopping for Baldridge is approximately ten minutes west to interstate 25 with the new Costco and Walmart and, two minutes further west on Harmony, the new Front Range Village shopping complex with an array of shopping and dining establishments. Further to the south of the Harmony Road - interstate 25 interchange, at the interstate 25 and Highway 34 interchange (Loveland exit), is the new Promenade at Centerra shopping complex, the Market Place at Centerra Mall and the new Medical Center of the Rockies. Schools are Eaton Elementary, Eaton Middle School and Eaton High School.
