Timber Ridge is a located directly south of Main Street in the heart of Severance. Building started in Timber Ridge in two thousand and two with most construction completed by two thousand and eleven. Homes in Timber Ridge are in the 1000 to 2500 livable square foot range with homes built by Jamestown builders and Hawkstone builders. Shopping for Timber Ridge is approximately ten minutes west of Severance on County Road 74 to interstate 25 with the new Costco and Walmart. Two minutes further west on Harmony, in Fort Collins, is the new Front Range Village shopping complex with an array of shopping and dining establishments. Further to the south of the Harmony Road - interstate 25 interchange, at the interstate 25 and Highway 34 interchange (Loveland exit), is the new Promenade at Centerra shopping complex, the Market Place at Centerra Mall and the new Medical Center of the Rockies. Schools are Rangeview Elementary, Severance Middle School and Windsor High School.
