Willow Park is a small neighborhood that is located north of Harmony Road, east of Shields and set inside the western edge of the adjacent Troutman Park. Homes in Willow Park are in the 1000 to 2700 livable square foot range and most homes were built in the early eighties to early nineties without an HOA. East Troutman Parkway traverses through the center of the neighborhood leading residents to the local gem, Troutman Park, with its recreational amenities, pond, playground and wildlife.
