Countryside is a moderately priced neighborhood and is located east of Old Town Fort Collins, in a lush setting along East Mulberry Street and South Timberline Road. The community is located on the outskirts of town and is bordered by the expansive River Bend Ponds and Cattail Chorus Natural Area to the west and south. Both the Poudre Trail and Spring Creek Trail course through the natural areas providing abundant recreational opportunities for walking, biking and hiking. Timberline and Mulberry are convenient arteries leading to a majority of shopping and dining that Fort Collins has to offer as well as quick access to interstate 25. Many of the houses in the Countryside neighborhood reside on very small lots and many homes do not have garages. Countryside has a pool and play area within the community. Schools are Laurel Elementary School, Lesher Middle School and Poudre High School.
