Adjacent to the Fossil Creek Reservoir Natural Area and within a three minute drive to I-25 and the new Front Range Village Mall, Fossil Lake is a highly regarded Southeast Fort Collins neighborhood. Developed by Everitt Companies in the early two thousands into two thousand and fifteen, a variety of premier home builders are represented in Fossil Lake including KEM, Liberty, Stoneybrook, Stonefield, and Jamestown, among others. The neighborhood is comprised of single-family homes in the 2,000 to 5,000 finished square feet on 0.15 to 0.3 acre lots.
