Skyview is located west of College and north of Trilby, is often referred to as “Skyview South.” Mature trees and landscaping are the norm in this moderately priced neighborhood with homes ranging in the 800 to 2500 livable square foot range. Homes in Skyview were built between the early sixties and into the mid eighties with many of the homes being totally remodeled and on larger lots. Skyview has good access to shopping at Harmony and College as well as shopping and dining in Loveland. Schools are Lopez Elementary School, Webber Middle School and the highly desirable Rocky Mountain High School.
