Eagle Ridge is located approximately one half mile west of 59^th Avenue on the south side of West 20^th Street. Eagle Ridge homes are in the 1300 to 3000 livable square footage range. Building started in Eagle Ridge in the early two thousands and continues into two thousand and fifteen with prominent builders such as Baessler Homes and Park Place Homes. Eagle Ridge is also home to the local pool, tennis courts and play area. Eagle Ridge is a great neighborhood and shows great pride in home ownership on the westside of Greeley.
